Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100.
After your order has been processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We usually ship via USPS First Class Package.
During busy holiday times, please allow for possible delays from the
postal service. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of
receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at

look into it for you.
We currently only ship domestically in the United States.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer cash refunds as well as full and partial store credit for our jewelry on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer returns or exchanges of any of our products.
In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, contact us within 30 days of when you placed the order. Simply reply to the order
confirmation e-mail you were sent when the order was originally placed.

Care For Your Jewelry
Jewelry may be cleaned with warm water and a mild dish soap using a toothbrush to gently scrub and then rinse in a bowl of water.
While the jewelry is capable of getting wet, we do not recommend doing so with our cotton necklaces for prolonged periods as they can wear out over time.
The wire wraps are "work hardened" into shape through the creation process and quite durable, though they will still maintain some malleability.
It is important to exercise care when putting on/removing garments, high impact physical activity, etc., while wearing it to avoid any potential bending of the wire, due to clothing getting stuck under the wire or being pulled too hard.
