Where does your stones/glass etc. come from?

We acquire our materials a number of ways. Some we pick ourselves. Others are gifted to us, some we buy through various sources.

Do you really hand make all the jewelry yourself and are they really "one-of-a-kind"?

Yes, and yes. It is a point of pride as well as labor of love to hand make each one of these pieces of jewelry in original designs. Knowing that no two are exactly alike is satisfying to the customer as well as ourselves. We love the idea that you have the only one in existence.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to process an order and what about shipping time?

All orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100.

After your order has been processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

As to how long the shipping takes, it depends on where you live.

We usually ship via USPS First Class Package which is a 2-5 day business day time frame. At check out you should see a shipping estimate and then receive an update after your items have shipped.

During busy holiday times, please allow for possible delays from the postal service. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sunshinengoldie@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently only ship domestically in the United States.

What about returns or refunds?

We offer refunds as well as full and partial store credit for our jewelry on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer returns or exchanges of any of our products.

In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, contact us within 30 days of when you placed the order. Simply reply to the order confirmation e-mail you were sent when the order was originally placed.

Let us know which item(s) you would like to have refunded or receive store credit for and why you are seeking a refund/store credit. You may be asked to provide additional information and/or photos of the product(s) before we can make a determination on how to resolve your issue. Once we have all the necessary information, we'll reach out to you and let you know what we can do.

We want to see you satisfied. We want to see you happy. We want you to order again as well as to tell others to order from us because our products are made with love, and the more hands we get them into, the more the love is spread around.
